The pace was intense but due to well arranged breakout sessions it was possible to maintain concentration. The classroom though was quite poor however. No air conditioning and noisy.

Very interesting training providing essential insights and tools for project managers. Balance between theory and exercises is just right. The teacher (John) was very enthousiastic and motivated, and spent sufficient amounts of time to coach either the individual participants, or the groups they were working in, or the class as a whole.
