The Cadence no-nonsense approach is to provide for a practical and simple to handle project management methodology! Cadence is focused on what you need today, to start your project right now, and getting it done, with a sense of control and confidence. Learn pragmatic techniques to complete more projects on-time and on-budget. Understand how to overcome the obstacles to project success. Learn techniques and procedures for effective communications to proactively identify issues, set expectations and implementing project changes.
Participants are actively involved in class through team workshops, exercises and group discussions. They apply the tools and techniques immediately to workplace projects and issues. Participate in team building workshops, using proven tools and techniques that can be applied to any project.
What distinguishes Cadence from others: a methodology which is scalable, adaptive to other approaches, action based, pracicle, flexible, instantly ready to use.
This seminar is a Virtual training course. Because of the current constraints it's not possible to organize face-2-face training sessions with groups or teams. The Cadence PM methodology course has now been redesigned for remote use, with some extra features which are not available in a f-2-f setting. For example, now it's possible to train dispersed teams, as a team.
The Cadence Project Management Course content is both aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) of PMI® and adaptive to current Agile best practices.
This course is part of the Organizational Project Management (OPM) Series of training courses offered by Cadence. As with all Cadence offerings, the course format emphasizes practical and straightforward techniques to facilitate retention and immediate application after the seminar.
